       (1) DC power supply is mostly used as a switching power supply for control. There are voltages such as +5V, +24V, and ±15V. The voltage conditions of each device are different. For example, the power supply voltage on the CRT is 24V, and some are AC 110V or 220V. Therefore, CNC lathe manufacturers are optimistic about the requirements of the supply voltage of each terminal. The power supply is very important, and if it goes wrong, it will cause irreparable damage. There is also a DC voltage for the servo supply, which is mostly obtained by servo transformers and rectifiers.


       (2) AC power is a device that provides power to the control system and is a device that supplies energy to the servo drive. There are also various protection and switching devices on the AC power supply; there are short circuit, isolation and voltage loss protection. When this AC power supply is supplied to the servo system, it must pay attention to the power supply phase sequence of the device with the thyristor device. Once the program is connected incorrectly, the thyristor device loses the synchronous relationship and causes a malfunction.


       Since some information in the numerical control device is to be maintained in the case of a lathe power failure, a part of the RAM area is battery-held for data maintenance. Most of these batteries are lithium batteries, and have a long life, but the power is small. This part of the battery of CNC lathe manufacturers can also be replaced by ordinary batteries through the diode to achieve the required voltage value, but must pay attention to the life. The battery must be replaced under power-on conditions, otherwise the data will be lost. This is different from the usual practice. When replacing, be careful not to cause a short circuit.
